When you take out a second mortgage for 125% of the value of your home you need to have a plan. You need to have a plan that will allow you to get through the desperate time that you are in, and come out in a better place. You want it to only be temporary. It is not a good thing to get used to having your home financed at more than it’s value.

Of the three amazing resorts mentioned here, The Canyons is my personal favorite. Being one of the largest ski resorts in the US, skiers from beginners to advance will surely love the terrain there.

I went on this thing in a full rainstorm once. It was freaking scary
because I was going way more faster than normal. The people there warned
me to start pulling on the brakes when I got to the bridge, since the
rails were now lubricated to the point where the brakes weren’t as
good. I came off with a bad case of whiplash, but I loved it. SNOWBOARD
